At Community Integration Supports (CIS), we are committed to our mission of "Respecting and Responding to the Choices of People in Need of Support." Because each individual we support is unique, we strive to provide services tailored to each person's hopes, dreams, goals, and needs. Many people need some assistance to live whole and productive lives. Even when the person lives with family members, additional support can be needed, such as taking the person out into the community or assisting with daily personal and household tasks. CIS is a company that specializes in these types of support services.

Our Services
SHARED LIVING
As a shared living provider, you offer residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in your own home. This arrangement ensures that the person served receives consistent care, which helps build lasting relationships. Providers can be families, couples, or individuals and may be related to the person receiving services.
HOMEMAKER/PERSONAL CARE
HPC, or Homemaker/Personal Care, helps individuals become more independent in meeting their daily living needs. It includes self-advocacy training, self-direction, daily living skills, therapeutic interventions, behavioral support strategies, medical and health care services, emergency response training, community access services, and assistance with personal finances
EMERGENCY RESPITE CARE
Providing hope for those in need, short-term housing solutions are available for adults with I/DD who have been displaced from their homes or require emergency services. Referrals can be made to the service coordination department of their local board of developmental disabilities.
