Our Services

Our compassionate team is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. We provide a range of personalized services to support our clients in achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives. Our services include teaching important daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene, addressing any behavioral issues that may arise, and helping with the transition from a developmental center to a community-based setting. We also have connections to the best resources in our area to assist with job placement or training to help individuals achieve greater independence and financial stability. Our team provides residential services and support in traditional supported living settings, ensuring our clients have a safe and comfortable place to call home. We take pride in being available and on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week so that our clients and their families can rest assured that we are always here to provide assistance whenever it is needed.

SHARED LIVING

Shared Living is a residential service option that allows an adult with an I/0 waiver to live with their caregiver. The caregiver may be a related family member or a non-related caregiver who provides a home while still maintaining a relationship with the individual's family. This arrangement ensures consistent care and helps build lasting relationships. The provider can be a family, couple, or individual, and may be related to the person receiving services. Shared Living is an opportunity to positively impact someone's life.

HOMEMAKER/PERSONAL
CARE

Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) is a service that helps individuals become more independent in meeting their daily living needs. HPC promotes independent living within the individual's home and community. It includes self-advocacy training to help individuals express their personal preferences, assert their rights, and make responsible choices. Self-direction allows individuals to make decisions affecting their lives. Daily Living Skills training includes meal preparation, personal care, and self-medication assistance. The service also provides therapeutic interventions, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and behavioral support strategies to help individuals develop socially-appropriate behaviors and expressions. In addition, HPC offers health care services such as administering medication and caring for those who are ill. Emergency response training helps individuals plan and respond to emergencies and learn to use emergency equipment. Community access services help individuals integrate into the community and explore available services. Lastly, HPC may assist with personal finances when provided with other services.
